Triunfo '09 Cabernet Sauvignon Bottled after 18 months

After over 18 months of aging, tasting and working to define our first vintage Cabernet Sauvignon we are in agreement the time has come to bottle the results of our efforts and hard work.
We will let the bottles all rest in our cellar for 3 more months to let the wine get comfortable in it’s new home.
